Born in Illinois, early years raised on Northeast Missouri farm, lived several places in the tri-state area and mid-Missouri. First job Quincy Compressor Quincy, II. painter, packer, then maintenance. After attending school, while still working full time, went to work for Meyer, eating & Cooling as a service engineer, later moved to Ft. Madison, la. and took same position with Weisner Heating & Air Conditioning, then ran my own business, B & B Heating & Cooling.

Took job with Mass Merchandisers, moved several times and worked all over the mid-Missouri area, came back to Memphis, Mo. in 1983, purchased and operated Cash Cleaners, laundromat and several rental properties. While continuing these operations, went back to school and got real estate salesperson license and went to work for Primrose Realty, currently it's my "official" occupation. My wife, Jeanie and myself manage, Allen Farms, 600 acres Southwest of Bible Grove, Mo. plus our own "herd" on our 20 acres at the edge of Memphis.

Well versed in residential, did all the rehab, maintenance, etc. of our rentals, in 2003 totally remodeled our home, inside out, down to the studs, plumbing and electric as well. Raised on a farm and currently living/managing family property, plus have extensive knowledge of commercial business.
